LambEx announces new Board leadership and director appointments

28 National Limited (28NL), trading as LambEx, announces several changes to its Board of Directors following its Annual General Meeting held on Friday 28th November 2025.
The Board has appointed Allison Harker as Chair of 28NL, succeeding Kerry Harris, who has stepped down from the role after three years of dedicated service. Ms Harker has served on the Board since 2024 and brings deep experience in governance, strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement across the agricultural sector.
28NL is pleased to confirm the following Board outcomes:
Ms Allison Harker appointed as Chair of the Board, effective 28 November 2025, replacing outgoing Chair Ms Kerry Harris.
Mr Jamie Heinrich re-elected as an Elected Director for a three-year term concluding at the 2028 AGM.
Mr Nathaniel Modra and Ms Jane Kellock re-appointed as Appointed Directors for three-year terms concluding at the 2028 AGM.
Mr Andrew Henderson appointed to fill a one-year casual vacancy, following the resignation of Ms Harris, with his term concluding at the 2026 AGM.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to Ms Kerry Harris for her exceptional leadership, commitment and service to 28NL over the past three years. Under her stewardship, 28NL has strengthened its governance, delivered an exceptional LambEx24 event and positioned LambEx as a leading platform for producers, processors, supply chain consultants, academics and the wider Australian sheep industry. Ms Harris has been instrumental in guiding the LambEx26 planning process and has championed the organisation’s commitment to excellence, collaboration and industry impact.

Incoming Chair Ms Harker said she was honoured to step into the role at such an exciting time for the organisation. “It is a privilege to be appointed Chair of 28 National Limited at a time when momentum is building strongly towards the delivery of LambEx26 in Adelaide next July.
