LambEx has welcomed New South Wales sheep producer Jenny Bradley to its Board and thanked departing director Andrew Henderson for his service and contribution.

Jenny Bradley

Ms Bradley was elected to the Board at the LambEx Annual General Meeting held on 19 October 2026 for a three-year term. She joins fellow non-executive directors Allison Harker (Chair), Jamie Heinrich, Jane Kellock and Nathaniel Modra.

Based in central west New South Wales, Ms Bradley brings more than 30 years of operational experience in the sheep industry, alongside extensive agricultural policy and governance experience.

She runs New Armatree, a mixed farming business with her family, managing the commercial sheep flock and the family’s Border Leicester stud.

Ms Bradley is already familiar with LambEx, having attended the last two events. She was a panellist at LambEx24 discussing the future of the lamb industry and an entrant in the LambEx26 Carcase Showcase, which produced the largest sheep carcase dataset in history.

LambEx Chair Allison Harker said Ms Bradley’s experience would bring a valuable perspective to the Board.

“Jenny understands the opportunities and challenges facing sheep producers and brings a strong commitment to helping our industry progress,” Ms Harker said.

“Having participated in our last two events, including entering the LambEx26 Carcase Showcase, Jenny also brings firsthand experience of what LambEx offers producers.

“Her practical experience, industry leadership and focus on using research and data on farm will be valuable as we continue to develop LambEx as a place for the industry to share ideas, build connections and look ahead.”

Ms Bradley is a Director of Sheep Producers Australia and Vice Chair of the NSW Farmers Sheepmeat Committee. She has contributed to agricultural policy at regional, state and national levels for more than two decades and is a recipient of the 2004 NSW Rural Women’s Award.

The Board also thanked departing director Andrew Henderson, who stepped into a Board vacancy during preparations for LambEx26 in Adelaide.

“Andrew generously brought his time, expertise and relationships to LambEx at a particularly significant time for the organisation,” Ms Harker said.

“His deep understanding of the industry, his considered advice and his willingness to strengthen LambEx’s connections have been greatly valued.

“He should be proud of the role he played in supporting the successful delivery of LambEx26 and helping position LambEx strongly for the future.

“We have thoroughly enjoyed having Andrew as part of the Board and sincerely thank him for his contribution. While his term as a director has concluded, we very much hope his connection with LambEx will continue.”
