About LambEx

LambEx is the pinnacle in Australian sheep, lamb & wool. A biennial event which attracts over 2000 attendees from Australia and across the globe.

LambEx is a proud showcase of the sheep industry and provides the rare opportunity to draw together sheep producers and representatives from the entire sheep, lamb & wool production supply chain in this epic four-day event.

Established in 2010, the event has rotated around major sheep producing states.

This whole-of-supply chain stella event convened by the Australian sheep and lamb industry, for the sheep and lamb industry, with the sheep and lamb industry, has everyone talking in anticipation.

More than 2000 delegates will descend on Adelaide from across the country including lamb producers, graziers, wool growers, processors, exporters and industry members for a festival of all things sheep and lamb!

The LambEx Organising Committee, comprised with members from across the industry – farmers, researchers, processors and service reps - are busy preparing a lineup to impress and inspire with the wheels already in motion and underway.

The sky is the limit for thinking as organisers aim to deliver the hottest topics, latest innovations and topics at the forefront of everyone’s thinking.

Inspire. Inform. Innovate.

Inspire, Inform, and Innovate are the core values and pillars designed by the LambEx team that they wish to bring to the table in 2026. Designed to appeal and resonate with any industry member along the supply chain, individuals and organisations can all embrace this motto and learning to improve and progress the industry.
