A full conference registration includes:

·         Conference catering during scheduled breaks
·         Welcome Function
·         Breakfast sessions
·         Networking and social events scheduled within the conference program

What is not included in the registration fee?

·         LambEx On Tour regional experiences
·         The Elders Grandslamb Gala Dinner
·         Accommodation, travel or transfers

These can be added during registration, subject to availability.

Yes. Discounted rates are available for primary producers, students, agriculture teachers and corporate groups with more than 10 registrations.

Is the Elders Grandslamb Gala Dinner included in my ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. The Elders Grandslamb Gala Dinner is a ticketed social event and is $109 (inc. GST) per person. This represents a substantial discount on the full cost of the three-course meal and drinks package. Gala Dinner tickets can be purchased during registration, subject to availability.

Can I bring a partner, and are there social tickets available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Partners are welcome to attend social functions such as the Welcome Function and Elders Grandslamb Gala Dinner, which can be purchased as a separate ticket at the time of registration. Partners who wish to attend conference sessions must register and purchase a full conference registration or a day pass registration. Social tickets are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

No problem at all. Please include any dietary requirements in your delegate registration form. If your needs change after registering, just email register.lambex@arinexgroup.com and the team will update it for you.

Question 11

Are tickets transferable if someone from our team can’t attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delegate substitutions are permitted prior to the event, in line with the Delegate Registration Terms & Conditions. Substitution requests must be submitted through the registration system or by contacting the registrations team. Refunds and cancellations are managed in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

What is the Corporate Group Registration?

Corporate Registration – Eligibility
The corporate rate applies to bookings of 10 or more delegates.
We’ll send a reminder shortly before the cut-off on 6 June 2026, so you have every chance to reach the minimum of 10 registrations.

If, 30 days before LambEx26, your group has fewer than 10 completed registrations, remaining bookings will be charged the standard individual rate. Any difference in fees will be invoiced.
Corporate numbers will be confirmed on 6 June 2026.

Question 13

Do full delegates get on-demand access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All full delegate and early bird ticket holders receive complimentary on-demand access to all recorded sessions post-event. Day pass holders are not included and will need to purchase a virtual ticket separately to access recorded content.

Question 14

How do I access the virtual platform?

Accepted Answer

Login credentials will be sent to your registered email address 2-3 days before the event. Access is via the LambEx26 OnAIR platform and is restricted to a single registered device. Full instructions will be included in your access email.
