Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is LambEx Australia (ABN 37 661 170 985, operated by 28 National Limited, Level 2, 28 National Circuit, Forrest ACT 2603.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all Australian residents . Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter.

Employees, directors, taskforce and sub-committee members, volunteers and immediate family members of the Promoter, its partners, or anyone professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00 AM (AEDT) on Friday 21 November 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AST) on Friday 1 June 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
-
Submit an original photograph taken by them that showcases Australian sheep, sheep farming, or life in the sheep industry.

Upload their image and complete their details via the official LambEx entry form.

Agree to these Terms and Conditions at the time of submission.

Multiple entries per person are accepted. Entrants must complete a separate form for each entry.

5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:

First Prize: One (1) Full LambEx Delegate Registration including the Gala Dinner (valued at approx. AUD $1,400).​

Second Prize: One (1) $500 Coles Gift Voucher.​

Third Prize: Two (2) LambEx On Tour Tickets for Friday 10 July 2026 (valued at approx. AUD $300 total).

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Judging

The judging panel, appointed by the Promoter, will evaluate entries based on creativity, composition, originality, and relevance to the theme.​

Judging will take place on 4 June 2026, and winners will be announced on the LambEx website and social media pages within 7 days of judging.​

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entries will be judged anonymously to ensure fairness.

7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
By entering the competition, participants:

Warrant that their entry is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Grant LambEx a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted photograph (including the entrant’s name and caption) in any promotional, marketing, or publicity materials for LambEx and related industry events.

Entrants indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from the use of their photograph.

The Promoter will not alter entries other than for formatting, cropping, or resizing for display purposes.

9. Personal Information
Personal details collected during the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the LambEx Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to their names and images being published if they are selected as winners.

10. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

Is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the spirit of the competition.

Breaches copyright, privacy, or any applicable law.
-
Provides false or misleading information.

11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

Any technical failures or delays in submitting entries.
-
Any corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted files, or any issues with internet connectivity during submission.

Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in this competition or accepting a prize.

12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
