Registrations are now open for Australia’s biggest sheep, lamb and wool forum – LambEx 2024.

Registrations open today for Australia’s biggest sheep, lamb and wool forum – LambEx 2024.

It has been six long years but the pinnacle in Australian sheep, lamb and wool – LambEx – finally returns to the agricultural calendar with early bird registrations opening today.

LambEx 2024 will be held 7-9 August in Adelaide, at the Adelaide Convention Centre in a three-day showcase highlighting the latest in tech, innovation and progressive thinking for the sector.

According to LambEx Chair and South Australian lamb producer Jason Schulz, LambEx is going to be a pivotal scene-setter for the industry for the years ahead.

“LambEx is going to be big! We have a global agenda and mantra to push frontiers, be forward-thinking and set the tone for what is coming next on the horizon,” said Jason.

“Our team have been bold and ambitious in curating a program (to be released in the coming months) that is designed to inspire, challenge and perhaps polarise, with speakers and content drawn from across the globe,” he said.

“LambEx is truly a whole-of-industry event. High level content, a huge trade show, celebrity chefs, the who’s who of the industry, young trailblazers, lamb-inspired menus and of course, a lot of lamb chops!!!,” said Mr Schulz.

“LambEx will be THE industry event of the year,” he said.

Mr Schulz challenged the industry to get along to LambEx24 and be part of the conversation in setting the agenda and issues of most importance to the industry.

“Regardless where you sit on the production spectrum… a lamb or wool producer, a processor, scientist, industry body, butcher or exporter, LambEx is the place to congregate, discuss, debate and explore the future evolution and potential of Australia’s sheep industry,” he said.

“There has been no question the industry as a whole has been challenged of late with commodity prices, live exports and extreme climatic conditions testing the resilience and temperament of many within the industry. My message is, invest in yourself and your business and get along to LambEx 2024 and you won’t be disappointed,” said Jason.

“I encourage anyone involved in the Australian sheep, lamb or wool industry to get along to LambEx 2024, expose yourself to the broader picture and be part of whole-of-industry discussion,” said Mr Schulz.
