Sofitel Adelaide Early Bird Prize Promotion

Book early and you could score your accommodation for LambEx.

Buy an eligible full paid delegate registration during the Early Bird period and you’ll automatically go into the draw to win a 3-night stay for two at Sofitel Adelaide (7–10 July 2026), including daily breakfast.

How it works
  • Promotion period: From registrations opening 3 Feb 2026 to 5:00pm AEST, 6 Mar 2026.

  • Entry: Automatic with purchase of an eligible ticket. One entry per delegate (group bookings: each delegate gets one entry).

  • Eligible tickets: Full paid delegate registration only (excludes student, one-day, partner, social-only add-ons, tour-only, and complimentary registrations).

  • Draw: Random electronic draw on Monday 9 Mar 2026.

  • Winner notified: By email within 2 business days (first name + state/country may be published).

 

What’s included
  • 3 nights in a King Room (or equivalent) at Sofitel Adelaide for two people

  • 7–10 July 2026 (dates can’t be changed)

  • Daily breakfast for two

  • LambEx Merch

What’s not included
Flights, transfers, parking, minibar, room service, laundry, insurance, upgrades, and other incidentals are on you.

Other important bits

  • If you cancel your registration, you will no longer be eligible. If you transfer your registration before the draw, the entry transfers too.

  • Winner must claim within 14 days or it may be redrawn.
