Charity Partner EOI

LambEx brings together over 2,000 producers, processors, advisors, researchers, and industry leaders to celebrate and advance Australia’s lamb industry.

As part of our commitment to giving back, we are seeking to partner with registered charities that align with our values and the rural and regional communities we represent - organisations that make a tangible difference to the lives of people in agriculture, regional Australia, and rural communities, whether through food, health, wellbeing, education, disaster recovery, inclusion, or environmental stewardship.

We want to partner with organisations that not only make a meaningful impact but can also actively engage with our delegates throughout the three-day event.

Important Dates

EOI Open: 9:00am, Thursday 4th December 2025

EOI Close: 11.59pm, Friday 13th February 2026

Details

Charity partners will:

  • Align with rural, regional, or agricultural communities, or address issues that directly affect the people who live and work in them.

  • Demonstrate strong community outcomes, such as improving wellbeing, resilience, education, food security, or social inclusion.

  • Show readiness and capacity to coordinate and staff an engaging on-site presence for the full duration of LambEx26 (7–9 July 2026 at the Adelaide Convention Centre).

  • Value collaboration, bringing ideas for meaningful activations, awareness campaigns, or fundraising opportunities that enhance the event experience.

  • Operate with good governance and transparency, including being a registered Australian charity with appropriate reporting and accountability mechanisms.

Preference will be given to partners who can bring a visible, positive, and interactive presence to the event and who see this as a genuine opportunity to connect with the industry and its people.

We will confirm two (2) official Charity Partners by 17 April 2026, with the potential for a limited number of additional discretionary partnerships closer to the conference, depending on available space and event capacity.
